Milu accepts returns for store credit or exchange on full-priced items unless otherwise indicated. 

To be eligible to return a full-priced item(s) for store credit or exchange, you must bring the item/s back in-store within 7 days of purchase along with the receipt.

Sale items are not eligible to be returned unless otherwise indicated.

Milu does not provide refunds unless the item/s are faulty. Change-of-mind, incorrect sizing, discomfort of item/s etc are not eligible for a refund.

The Milu in-store return policy does not cover the following:

  • Ordinary wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improper use or accidents
  • If product care instructions are not followed
  • Discontinued or items on sale

We cannot accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The product has been washed
  • If the product has been worn
  • The product is returned with animal or human hair

If you would like to return your item/s for a store credit or exchange, please bring your item/s in-store for assessment.

You can return or exchange any full priced item within 7 days. All items must be in their original, unworn condition. Including tags still attached, and any accompanying packaging such as shoe boxes, protective covers etc.

If you have purchased a faulty item/s without prior warning, please bring the item in-store for assessment.

If deemed faulty, Milu will first attempt to repair the item/s. If the item/s cannot be repaired, Milu will attempt to replace the item subject to availability. If the item/s cannot be replaced, Milu will refund the item/s in full.

Please note stock is thoroughly checked before being sold, so please do not damage your items in an attempt to claim a refund.

By agreeing to a prepaid custom order, you hereby understand that you are ordering a product/s which Milu does not currently stock, and is being ordered specifically for you. Orders typically arrive within 10-14 business days, but may take longer depending on a variety of factors, including supplier or delivery delays. By placing a custom order you acknowledge that you accept the product as is, and that the size selected is correct. Once an order is placed, no refunds or returns will be facilitated unless the item arrives faulty.
